Unfortunately, we

When will
my order ship?
Normal processing time for
most personalized orders is
3-5 business days after proof approval. Weekends and Holidays are not considered business days. Standard delivery time for larger volume
(1000+) orders is 1-3 weeks. Orders are usually
shipped via Ground, 2 or 3 Day Express. This transit time is in addition to our normal
processing time.
Ground delivery can take from 2-4 days depending upon recipient destination,
however we unfortunately can not guarantee your order with this form of
transit particularly to
hotter climates. Rush orders can be accommodated at an additional fee depending upon volume
needed. Please contact us directly for rush order purchases. Due to
increased melting probability of chocolate products, we may hold your order over the weekend
and ship out on the following Monday.

What is your return policy?
At Creative Solutions Co. your satisfaction is
important to us. All products shipped via
express delivery are covered by our return policy and will be replaced or
refunded if they arrive damaged. (We reserve the right to have the package
inspected by the carrier.) Due to the perishable nature of our chocolate products, please do not return the item but contact us so that we may have the
order picked up in it's entirety for inspection by the shipping carrier. Please report
any problems with your shipment within one (1) business day of receipt for a
replacement or refund. Claims for credit, due to incorrect address
information, unfortunately can not be honored. Customers will incur any
additional fees charged by the carrier for address corrections or incomplete
shipping addresses.
Our return and refund policy does not cover:

Late delivery due
to bad weather/travel
conditions

Ground
shipments (arrival dates are estimated)

High
seasonal shipping volume (such as Christmas and Valentine's Day)
Unfortunately we can not
guarantee ground deliveries as they are not insured by the shipping carrier.

How do you handle order changes
and cancellations ?
We will do our best to make your changes before your
order is processed. Because of our fast turnaround time and the personalized
nature of our products, we can't guarantee that we'll be able to intercept
orders once it has been placed. Please double check to make sure your order is
correct and final before you place it. This will help avoid the process and cost
of reprinting. No changes can be made to orders placed with rush status.
Changes or cancellations are subject to a $25.00 minimum fee and can be up to
the value of the order. Lack of communication or inadequate personalized
details on any order may
be refunded up to a maximum of 75% as long as the refund is requested before
the delivery date. If any order contains an error due to our production,
we will gladly redo your order and deliver at no cost to you. Orders
that have been placed and confirmed via our email proof will be reprinted at a
50% discount.

How do I send photos?
When emailing photos, please make them
at least 300 dpi for quality printing. Photos can be emailed to us at
photos@creativesolutionscompany.com, or if you prefer to send by mail please
use our address below:
